Coppermine Gallery (version =< 1.4.17) security issuesThere are some known security issues with Coppermine Galleries (version =< 1.4.17). You are highly advised to update to the latest stable release as soon as possible. For more information check the official Coppermine announcements.
As a temporary solution, you should disable the support for any unnecessary file types such as zip, ppt and others. For this purpose log in with the admin user, go to the Config link from the top menu. There find Files and thumbnails advanced settings and remove all listed in:
Allowed audio types
Allowed document types
Note that this solution might not work in all cases.
