My domain does not resolve properly or shows incorrect site

There could be several reasons for your domain not to resolve or to show incorrect site. For troubleshooting we recommend the following steps:

1. Check its expiration date from this online tool. If it has expired you have to renew it and allow 24 hours to be active again.
2. Check its Name Servers from this online tool. You can find the correct DNS servers for your domain following these instructions.
3. Remove any redirects for your site. For this purpose log in your Cpanel, File manager and go to the public_html directory. Check for a .htaccess file and rename it to htaccess if there is such.
4. Finally make sure you have allowed at least 24 hours for any DNS changes you have made to propagate and take effect.
