FTP gives an error about incorrect loginWhen you receive an error about incorrect login we recommend to change your cPanel / FTP password. For this purpose please follow this link:

You will log in your Customer's area and there will be a link "Manage" next to your account. Follow this link and there will be an option to change your cPanel / FTP password.
If you are using an additionally created FTP account, make sure to add @yourdomain.com after the FTP username. For example, your username will become ftpuser1@yourdomain.com if you have created an FTP user with username ftpuser1 and your domain is yourdomain.com.
