How can I have FAQMasterFlex installed on my account?You can install FAQMasterFlex through the automatic script installation system - Fantastico. Here is the way of installing FAQMasterFlex from Fantastico:
cPanel --> Fantastico --> FAQMasterFlex --> New Installation
After the installation is completed you will have to enable the register_globals variable for your account.
To turn on the register_globals options on your account, please place a file named php.ini in your public_html folder (or in the folder where the FAQMasterFlex is installed, as it doesn't apply recursively) as well as in the admin directory of the FAQMasterFlex and copy and paste the following line into it:
register_globals = ON
Of course, you can request the script to be installed on your account by our Technical Support Team. They would gladly assist you with the installation of any of the script/application that are compatible with your hosting account.
Log in to your Customer's Area and goto Get Support Section --> HelpDesk: --> Get script installed. However, please mind that script installations performed by the SiteGround support team take up to 24 hours.
