How do I activate SSH access for my account?

Due to our company security policy we do not provide SSH access for our Linux Shared Hosting accounts. SSH access is allowed only on VPS and dedicated servers.


In order to have SSH enabled for your VPS you need to go to your Customer Area -> Order Section -> Order Additional features -> Free SSH. You will be asked to describe the reason you would like to have the SSH enabled.


Our Dedicated Server service includes enabled SSH by default. You will not need to request this feature additionally.
