In order to change the password for cPanel please follow this link:

http://www.siteground.com/ua_files/index.php?requri=my_accounts/manage_accounts.php

You will log in your Customer's area and there will be a link "Manage" next to your account. Follow this link and there will be an option to change your Cpanel password.
