Unfortunately, WordPress can only work with Private SSL. So if you have Private SSL installed for your domain, you can make WordPress run over SSL by following these steps:

Log into your WordPress site as administrator --> click 'Options' and in the field 'WordPress address (URL):' change the 'http://' to 'https://'. This way your WordPress site will work over SSL.
