The FTP service does not support creation of symbolic links.

The only way you can create a symbolic link is by setting a one-time cron job in cPanel with the UNIX syntax for creating symbolic links.

SiteGround customers can post a ticket in the cPanel ticket category in their HelpDesk and request the creation of the symbolic link(s) they wish.
