The content uploaded in your VirtueMart shop can be easily exported and imported through the CSVI VirtueMart component.

Open your Joomla admin area->Components->VirtueMart->Products. Click on the CSV Import/Export link. A new web site will be opened. Register there and download the CSV Import/Export component.

Install the component per the instructions listed in the following tutorial:

Then navigate to the CSVI VirtueMart component in the Joomla admin area. Open the export section and export the products in a .csv file.

The products can be imported through the corresponding option.
