How to generate a CSR?

In order to have a CSR generated for your domain, please open a ticket from your Customers' Area --> Get Support --> Report a hosting related issue --> SSL related problems.

In the ticket please provide us with the following information:

Email Address the Certificate will be sent to :
Domain to make the certificate for :
Country (2 letter Abbreviation) :
State :
City :
Company Name :
Company Division:

Here is an example:

Email Address the Certificate will be sent to: me@mydomain.com
Host to make cert for : www.mydomain.com
Country (2 letter Abbreviation) : US
State : NY
City : NY
Company Name : MyCompany
Company Division: IT Dept.
