How to post a support ticket

Our Help Desk is organized in a way that helps our customers to first diagnose the problem themselves and, if possible, to fix it. However, if you need to post a direct question to our Support Team you can use the following steps:

1. Log in to your Customer's Area

2. Click on Get Support section

3. Click on Report a hosting related issue

4. Select the category which is related to your problem. (for example "Email related problems" if you have problems with the email service of your account)

5. Use the button "GO" on the bottom of the page or click on the "If your email is not working, please click here to report your problem" link.
