Siteground's Customer's Area has simple and intuitive design intended to help customers diagnosing and solving the problems. When needed a ticket can be posted following these steps:
1. Log in to your Customer Area
2. Click on "Get Support" Section
3. Click on Report a hosting related issue
4. Select the category which is related to your problem. (for example "Email related problems" if you have problems with the email service of your account)
5. Use the "GO" button at the bottom of the page or click on the "If your email is not working, please click here to report your problem" link.
