How to protect my local mail client from spam?
All of SiteGround's servers use custom mail filters and algorithms to identify SPAM (unsolicited email).
This, combined with SpamAssassin, ensures that most unsolicited messages will be correctly identified as SPAM.
However, if you are using a local mail client such as MS Outlook or Outlook Express for managing your mails, it is a good idea to have an additional plugin to assist you with SPAM identification and prevention.
