Registering a new username in Mantis is a straight-forward process.

What you need to do is open the Mantis installation URL in your web browser then click on the “Signup for a new account” link. You will be asked to enter a username and email address. Note that you need to post a valid email address as you will receive email message with further instructions how to confirm the account creation and set your password.
