In order to report an issue you need to have at least reporter permissions for a certain project. This includes all public projects for users with access level reporter and above and all private projects you are assigned to with access level reporter or above.

To report an issue follow these steps.

• Login to Mantis and click Report Issue

• On the new screen choose the project for which you would like to open a new issue than click Select Project.

• The report issue screen will load. All fields are really self explanatory.

• Once the issue is created everyone that has access to the project under which it is posted will be able to access it.

Note that by default you should be user with manager, developer or administrator permissions in order to assign a reported issue to a person.
