How do I know when my hosting account is due for renewal?
- If you have subscribed for one of our monthly packages, then your hosting account is set on automated renewal billing. This means that we will attept to bill you automatically when your renewal is due. If the renewal is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. If it fails, we will contact you via email to request further assistance on your part.
- If you have chosen our yearly hosting plans, then you will need to submit a manual renewal when due. We will start sending you notifications for the upcoming expiration of your account one month prior to its expiration date. You will receive more than one reminder, so that we can make sure you will not miss our notification. The reminders will be sent to the email address you have in the My Details section for your account.
If you would like to turn off the renewal reminders for a particular hosting account, you will need to:
1. Log in to your Customer Area
2. Go to Billing Section
3. Click on Stop Renewal Reminders
