Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer your domain name to Siteground when you don't have access to its administrative email.

There is a basic ICANN requirement which explicitly denies such actions and no registrar can make excpetions to it.

Please contact your previous registrar / host as they are the only authority that can help you with this matter.
