I have already bought a new domain name but I can not access it?

Once you purchase a new domain name from Siteground it has to be configured on your account in order to use it. You have two options:

to park it over your primary domain so that it opens your main site. Follow this link for more information;
to create a new site with your new domain. For this purpose you will have to purchase a service called "Addon domain slot" from your Customer's area, the Order tab. After that you have to configure it on your account following these instructions.
