All siteground hosting accounts come with no pre-installed applications by default. No matter which hosting package you can have any supported application installed, including MediaWiki.

For this purpose log in to your Customer Area, go to Get Support section and choose Script installation and click Go. You will be asked to choose the account that you would like to install the application to. To complete the process, simply follow the detailed instruction which will follow.
