All you need to do is email our Promotions Coordinator and provide her with sufficient evidence for the months that you had left with your old host.
Generally acceptable Forms of Proof might include the following: Credit Card statement showing charge for annual billing; Welcome letter from Web Hosting Company showing start date and plan length; Receipt showing start date and plan length; or any other document showing the starting date and the period of the account. You can also send her a screen shot of your Customer Area where the account creation and expiration dates are visible.
