How do I apply for the compensation of the remaining months with my old host?

We will gladly add the remaining months with your old hosting provider to your SiteGround hosting account. All you need to do is send us sufficient evidence for the months you had left unused together with a copy of a cancellation notice proving that you have cancelled your account with your former host.

Generally acceptable Forms of Proof for the months you have left unused might include the following:

 

  • Credit Card statement showing charge for annual billing;
  • Welcome letter from Web Hosting Company showing start date and plan length;
  • Receipt showing start date and plan length;
  • any other document showing the starting date and the period of the account;

 

You can also send us a screen shot of your Customer Area where the account creation and expiration dates are visible.
