How do I change my billing cycle?If you would like to switch from monthly to yearly billing cycle, you simply need to renew your account(s) for one or two years. This can be done from the Customer's Area, My Account tab, the "Renew" button next to your account(s).
If you would like to switch from yearly billing cycle to a monthly one, you can do so as soon as you have used up the pre-paid subscription period. Then you can request to renew on a monthly billing cycle. To do so, you should post a ticket by following the setps below:
1. Log in to your Customer Area
2. Go to My Account Section
3. Go to Get Support section
4. Click on Report A Hosting Related Problem -> Non-Technical Issues-> Billing/Renewal Issues
