Internal error encountered (Cannot connect to user_database)

You are experiencing this problem because your SiteBuilder's database has been corrupted. In this case your options are:

1. To restore your database. You can order a Database restore from:

Customer's Area --> Exclusive Professional Services --> Back-up restore --> Database Restore

2. Begin your site from scratch. In this case you have to delete and re-create the database sitemagixprod. Please check this manual for more information.
