If you want to transfer your domain name to SiteGround, but you receive the following error when you submit your order:

You have entered an invalid EPP code.

please make sure that you don't have any special characters in the EPP code you have entered. Our registrar does not accept EPP codes which have special characters in them. Only letters and numbers are allowed.

If the EPP code provided by your registrar has special characters in it, such as a dash (-), please contact your registrar and ask them to generate a new EPP code that does not contain any special characters. Then you will be able to submit your domain transfer order without any problems.
