I've upgraded my Xoops site via Fantastico but it is broken now. It does not work anymore.

If the Xoops web site does not work after the upgrade you can restore its previous version from the Fantastico backup. You can find detailed instructions here.


However if you're not sure that you'll be able to handle this yourself, you can contact your hosting provider for assistance.
