MS Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing server

"Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server" error message in Outlook 2002 can be caused by a misconfiguration of your SMTP settings.

Please try switching the SMTP port from 25 to 2525 or vice-versa. In case the issue persists, please post a support ticket under the Mail related issues category.
