My MX records point to a local server and I cannot receive mails sent from my site

This issue is caused by the fact that your domain is listed in /etc/localdomains and mails are routed locally regardless of the MX records.

To resolve this please post a ticket from your Customer's area, Get Support, Report a hosting related issue, Mail is down.
