My free primary domain name has expired, please help!If your primary domain name has expired you will be able to renew it from your Customer's area, My account, Domain names.
We renew for free only domain names registered during the initial signup. This is an automatic process and in order to take place you just have to renew your hosting account.
All other domain names have to be separately renewed.
