"Receiving reported error (0x800CCC18) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login with Secure Password Authentication. Verify your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts.'"

The reason for this issue is that you have selected the "Secure Authentication" checkbox for your account. Please disable the secure authentication and you should be able to access your e-mail without any problems.
