Where can I check whether the FTP service is working or it is down?

SiteGround customers can check the status of their FTP service logging in their Customer's area and clicking on the Get Support tab.

There you will find a link "Check the status of your host server" which will provide you with information about all the services on the server including the FTP.

 

Non-SiteGround customers should contact their hosts for further assistance.
