• If the domain name you would like to renew is an additional feature to your hosting account,  it will be listed for separate renewal. You will be able to renew it by:

                       1. Logging in your Customer Area

                       2. Going to My account section

                       3. Proceeding to Additional features.

• If you purchased your domain name when you signed up for your hosting account with us, then the domain name renewal will be included in the renewal of your hosting account and the domain name will not be listed as a separate feature.  If you would like to renew the domain name only in this case, please post a ticket in the Billing issues category of the HelpDesk in your Customer Area.
